The installation at this location has been completed according to the agreed scope of work. You’ve had the opportunity to review and test the system, and you’re accepting it as complete and satisfactory.

Any items that should have been addressed, corrected, or finished while our technician was onsite are considered resolved with this sign-off.

VEXcare is available as an optional ongoing support plan after the installation is complete. Depending on the install package selected during quoting, you may receive a free trial of VEXcare. If so, you can expect a welcome email with the details. You’re also welcome to activate or continue VEXcare at any time after the install.

Please note: whether or not you activate VEXcare (or receive a trial), any future return visits needed for issues that were (or reasonably should have been) part of the original onsite work may still be billable.
